A few years ago I was waiting in a train station with my brother on our way back home from a trip to Japan. A random old man came up to us and began talking to us asking where we had visited etc. He then got out some postcard sized bits of paper and an ink pen and began to draw these images. Each one literally took him about 1-2mins to draw.

Very good practice in presenting, especially to people that haven't seen your design before. I pinned up in a hurry so the layout isn't good. With some incomplete pages I still have lots to do...

Lille
Working hard through the night |
Features included:
Tramway extension through the site. From a current development in Lille, to the station created in the site, and on to a larger station north of the site which is linked with the eurostar.
Relocating the existing highway along the existing TGV line. This gave us a lot more space and opportunities in the site.
Extension of the existing avenue over the canal and creating a large planted bridge.
Landsculpture that rises up to the tramway line and pedestrian bridge.
