Render technique - Too much grey, water not good. Generally unconvincing.

I completely agree, and once I had finished decided I really need to develop a better technique.  I used promarkers because they scan well, but only had a 12 set with about 5 usable colours. Pathetic.  I later bought another set to help with the sequential sketches, but didn't have time to re-do the plans. I need a more realistic colour palette.

Plans - Too grey! Too bitty, better level of coherence needed. ground plane undeveloped. planting uncoordinated. more spot heights.

I need to do more plant and materiality research, so I can write a clear strategy in the A3 document for next week.

Sketches - figures poor, more attention to detail, and more of them. Annotation lacks content. More detail and needs more character.

Sections - weak. incomplete, need a background, annotation needs to relate to concept. Buildings and pier need exploration in sections.

Feeling a lot better than yesterday after some sleep, and able to take in the comments. Anyway, on to the next one.
